Shipping Policy

• Harwage online shopping is now available in Pakistan.
• All shipments will be delivered through our Shipping Partners.
• A FLAT Shipping fee of 200 PKR will be charged for orders within Pakistan.
• Orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days on regular days, and during sales, they will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
• Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order is processed, containing a tracking code for shipment tracking.
• You will be contacted by our shipping partner to arrange delivery at your convenience.
• For cash on delivery orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum of 2 confirmation calls. If left unattended, your order will be canceled. Harwage may cancel orders for any reason, including out-of-stock items, incorrect mobile numbers, or technical errors.
• Orders placed through the online payment system have to go through a fraud status check, and once cleared by our payment processor, they will be processed further.
• The shipping company offers delivery service within major city limits. Orders outside the service area will be delivered to the nearest Shipping office as per the delivery schedule and specified terms. Additional charges may apply.
