EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Harwage strictly follows mentioned below terms and conditions for return and exchange:
We make every effort to assist our valued customers in exchanging their online purchases, according to the terms and conditions outlined below.
- The customers are requested to please do not accept orders if the parcel is damaged or seal opened.
- The customers can exchange articles from the Harwage outlet only within 7 days from the date of order.
- Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with the price label attached, along with the invoice. Harwage reserves the right to refuse exchanges if proper care instructions are not followed.
- We do not provide cash refunds. In rare instances, E-Store customers may receive a coupon of equal value instead.
- If Harwage outlet is not available in your city then email us at info@harwage.pk along with the order id stating the exchange case. If the product is damaged / missing please call us immediately at 048-3212000 | 03 111 666 088 after receiving the parcel.
Accessories and discounted (sale) items cannot be exchanged and returned.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- The exchange request is made after the specified time frame has passed.
- The product is damaged because of use.
- The product has tampered.
- If any items are missing from the package, including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories.
Undergarments cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are in their original packaging, except for tops and bodysuits.
Packs: packs of products (containing more than one item) are considered one item, so their packaging may not be opened and they cannot be returned partially or individually.
Fragrances and accessories are eligible for exchange only if they are delivered damaged.
