• Harwage proudly delivers its products to every corner of Pakistan!
• A standard shipping fee of PKR 230 applies to orders within Pakistan. Please note that shipping charges may vary based on the delivery distance or the weight of the order.
• Orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days on regular days, and during sales, they will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
• Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order is processed, containing a tracking code for shipment tracking.
• For cash on delivery orders, we follow the practice of verifying orders with a maximum of 2 confirmation calls. If left unattended, your order may be canceled. 
• Your order may be canceled due to reasons such as an incorrect mobile number, incomplete address, or technical issues.
• Orders placed through the online payment system have to go through a fraud status check, and once cleared by our payment processor, they will be processed further.
• The shipping company offers delivery service within major city limits. Orders outside the service area will be delivered to the nearest Shipping office as per the delivery schedule and specified terms.

No Refunds: All sales are final. We only offer exchanges within 7 business days of delivery.

How to Exchange: You can exchange items at any Harwage outlet, or online by emailing help@harwage.pk with your Order ID.

Condition: Items must be unused, unaltered, in their original packaging, and have all price tags and invoices attached.

Damaged or Missing Items: Do not accept opened or damaged parcels. If an item inside is damaged or missing, contact us immediately at 03 111 666 088.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

Sale/discounted items and accessories.

Undergarments (unless unopened in original packaging; tops/bodiscuits excluded).

Fragrances (eligible only if delivered damaged).

Opened multi-packs (must be returned whole).

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting, and minor variations in fabric or finish may occur. Sizing can differ slightly depending on design and materials, so please refer to the size chart for best fit. To ensure longevity, follow the care instructions provided with each item.
