Exchange and Return Policy

Harwage terms and conditions for return and exchange:

We make every effort to assist our valued customers in exchanging their online purchases, according to the terms and conditions outlined below.

  • Customers are kindly requested not to accept the parcel if it is damaged or the seal is opened.

  • No refunds and no returns.

  • Customers can exchange products either from the Harwage outlet or through our online service within 7 business working days.

  • Can’t visit a Harwage outlet for an exchange? Just email us at help@harwage.pk with your Order ID and let us know what needs to be exchanged.

  • If anything in your parcel is damaged or missing, please give us a quick call as soon as you receive it: 03 111 666 088.

  • Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with the price label attached, along with the invoice.

  • Harwage reserves the right to refuse exchanges if proper care instructions are not followed.

When Exchange Isn’t Possible

Accessories and discounted (sale) items cannot be exchanged and returned.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • The exchange request is made after the specified time frame has passed.

  • The product is damaged because of use.

  • The product has been tampered.

  • If any items are missing from the package, including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies, or accessories.

Undergarments cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are in their original packaging, except for tops and bodysuits.

Packs: packs of products (containing more than one item) are considered one item, so their packaging may not be opened and they cannot be returned partially or individually.

Fragrances and accessories are eligible for exchange only if they are delivered damaged.
